Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC (“WHG”) is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes and Berlin Productions, Inc. is the administrator of this Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”).
1. Term
.
The Wyndham 2024 Be Well Self-Care & Earth Aware Photo Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the “Photo Sweepstakes” or the “Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 17, 2024 and end at 11:59:59 PM EDT on July 14, 2024.
2. Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes is open to current full-time and part-time employees of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Inc. (“WHR”), the parent company of WHG (family members are not eligible) (“Employee(s)” or “Entrant(s)”).
3. Prizes.
Social Share Grand Prize Winner: One (1) Social Share Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Social Share entry Submissions (as described below) to receive 150,000 Wyndham Rewards points (Approximate Fair Market Value (“AFMV”) of 150,000 Wyndham Rewards points: US $1,239.90. The Social Share Grand Prize will be awarded upon the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Grand Prize Winners: Four (4) Grand Prize winners will each receive 150,000 Wyndham Rewards points (AFMV of 150,000 Wyndham Rewards points: US $1,239.90 each; Total AFMV of 4 Grand Prizes: US $4,959.60). The Grand Prizes will be awarded to each Grand Prize winner upon the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Weekly Prize Winners: For the four (4) week period commencing on June 17, 2024 and ending on July 14, 2024, twenty-five (25) weekly prize winners will each receive 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points (AFMV of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points: US $123.99; Total AFMV of 100 weekly prizes US $12,399.00; and
Total Wyndham Rewards points awarded upon the conclusion of the Sweepstakes: 2,250,000 (AFMV of 2,250,000 Wyndham Rewards points: US $18,598.50).
The Social Share Grand Prize winner and all Grand Prize and Weekly Prize winners must be or become Wyndham Rewards members to receive prizes. Winners will be sent an email with instructions on how to claim the awarded points. Any awarded points not claimed within ninety (90) days from the date awarded will be forfeited. No alternative or replacement prizes will be awarded.
All prize winners are solely responsible for all national, state and local taxes on any award. WHG and/or WHR will process appropriate taxes through payroll with respect to the award, which amount will be withheld by WHG and/or WHR and paid directly to applicable taxing authorities. WHG and WHR will not be responsible for any other amounts, should any recipient’s tax liability exceed its estimate. WHG and WHR make no guarantee that its estimate will cover all tax liability associated with receipt of the award.
4. Winner Selection:
Social Share Grand Prize: One (1) social share grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Social Share photo Submissions (i.e., Employees who shared their uploaded gallery photo via Employee’s social media channels to the specified social media platforms described herein) received during the term of the Sweepstakes to receive a Social Share Grand Prize of 150,000 Wyndham Rewards points.
Grand Prizes: Four (4) Grand Prize Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible photo Submissions received during the term of the Sweepstakes to receive a Grand Prize of 150,000 Wyndham Rewards points each. Employees are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Grand Prize.
Weekly Prizes: Each week for the four (4) week period commencing on June 17, 2024, and ending on July 14, 2024, twenty-five (25) prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible photo Submissions received during such weekly entry period as outlined below to each receive a prize of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points.
Weekly Entry Period #1: June 17, 2024 at 12:00 a.m EDT thru June 23, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT
Weekly Entry Period #2: June 24, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. EDT thru June 30, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT
Weekly Entry Period #3: July 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. EDT thru July 7, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT
Weekly Entry Period #4: July 8, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. EDT thru July 14, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT
For clarity, an Employee may win one (1) Weekly Prize per week and one (1) Grand Prize or the Social Share Grand Prize. The four (4) Grand Prize Winners are not eligible to win the Social Share Grand Prize.
5. How to Enter.
Employee’s entry must comply with specified requirements in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. A valid Sweepstakes entry will consist of an entry form with the required information, including full name, email address, Employee ID number, and photo with caption (“Submission”).
To enter the Sweepstakes, Employees must complete the official entry form located at https://www.wyndhambewell.com/earthcare/photosweeps (the “Website”), with the required information, including Employee’s full name, email address, Employee ID number, and entrant must follow instructions to upload one (1) photo with a caption to the gallery. If an Employee is not a Wyndham Rewards member at the time of entry, the Employee will be able to join Wyndham Rewards on the Website. Employees may only enter one (1) Submission per day. If you submit more than one (1) Submission on a given day, only the first valid Submission that you submitted will be eligible to win, and all others submitted by you may be disqualified.
Entrants will have the option (not mandatory) to share their photo using the social share tools located on the gallery page (https://www.wyndhambewell.com/earthcare/photosweeps/gallery.php) and include the hashtag #mywyndham.
Only those who have opted-in will have their first name and location appear with the photo in the public gallery. Any Entrant that shares a photo from the gallery using the social share tools on the gallery page and using #mywyndham will be eligible to win the “Social Share” Grand Prize.
For clarity, an Entrant may enter once per day for the Weekly/Grand Prize and once per day for the Social Share Grand Prize.
WHG has no obligation to acknowledge receipt of, return or respond to Submissions. Your entry must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM EDT on the last day of each Weekly Entry Period to be eligible to win that week's Weekly Prize, and no later than 11:59:59 PM EDT on July 14, 2024 to be eligible to win one of the Grand Prizes including the Social Share Grand Prize.
By entering this Sweepstakes, you represent, warrant, and agree that your Submission: (a) is 100% original and was created solely by you and (b) complies with the Business Principles and related policies and the restrictions set forth below and on the Website. WHG reserves the right to disqualify any Submission or entrant or remove from the Website any Submission that does not comply with these Official Rules. In addition, WHG shall have the right to remove from the Website or refuse to post any Submission for any reason, in its sole discretion.
You understand and agree that by submitting your Submission, you are granting to WHG and its licensees, successors and assigns (and you represent that you have the right to grant to them) a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), assignable, fully paid, royalty free, license to display the Submission on the Website along with your first name and last initial, and to otherwise use, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish, make, sell, create derivative works of and create any other material based on or derived from, incorporate into other works, communicate to the public, distribute (through multiple tiers), perform and display the Submission in whole or in part, in any form, manner, venue, media, or technology now known or later developed, anywhere in the world, in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising and promotion, without any additional compensation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may post some or all of the Submissions (in their original or in edited form) on the Website.
Photograph restrictions:
Submitted photographs must not:
- include other people, including your or others' children, unless you have the permission of all adults and the permission of the parent or legal guardian of all children, to include them in the submitted photograph;
- include any representation of celebrities, professional athletes, musicians, or any other public or private figure;
- include protected third-party intellectual property;
- include any anti-social, political or religious groups, any commercial solicitation or promotional materials and should not include your or any other person’s/companies’ full name, address, phone number, or URL address.
- contain advertisements, personal solicitations or commercial solicitations.
- feature beer, wine, distilled spirits (i.e., hard liquors, malt beverages), tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco and snuff), fireworks, firearms, and ammunitions, prescription drugs, illegal drugs, cannabis, and related drug paraphernalia, nutritional supplements, lotteries and or gambling.
- contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group).
- contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
6. Notification:
Weekly Prize winners, Grand Prize Winners, and the Social Share Grand Prize will be announced as soon as practical after each prize drawing at the sole discretion of WHG. Potential Prize winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
7. General Conditions:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Employee agrees to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of WHG which will be final and binding in all respects. Further, each Employee agrees that certain personal data, including your name and WHR Employee ID may be processed, transferred, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Sweepstakes and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules by WHG and the Sweepstakes Administrator. The data may also be used by WHG or the Sweepstakes Administrator to verify the entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.
